What do we collect, how and why

To process and manage job applications (recruitment), we collect, using the career application form available in the Careers section of the Websites, the following information:

- Work eligibility and availability information.
To respond to requests and manage communications (customer service, advertising inquiries, sponsorship and partnership requests), we collect, using email addresses published on the Websites and/or online forms, the following information:

- Identity of the organization or business (name, contact person, email, phone, address);

To create and administer users’ and subscribers’ accounts and manage subscriptions, we collect, using the registration and account-management features and subscription flows available on the Websites, the following information:

- Subscription information (publication choices, renewal options);
- Billing information necessary to process payments (processed by payment service providers).

Google Display Network Impression Reporting: this feature allows us to monitor the effectiveness of our ads placed through Google’s ad network by tracking visits to our Websites. We use this feature to improve our advertising material and its interest to users
Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting: this feature allows us to collect certain non-identifying demographics information about users who visit our Websites (including age, gender and interests).
