Winnipeg, Man., January 7, 2026 – Glacier FarmMedia (GFM) is pleased to announce new leadership positions following the retirement of Bob Willcox. Ryan Green will be taking on the role of Chief Technology & Revenue Officer and Erin Romeo will be taking on the role of Chief Operating & Marketing Officer.

In her expanded role, Erin will continue to provide leadership for GFM’s journalism and marketing teams, Farmer Customer Service and Human Resources. Her role will expand to take on leadership of the Finance team, annual operating budget and long-term strategic plan, and supporting all Production and Fulfillment employees in our Commercial Operations and go-to-market plans.  

In his expanded role, Ryan will continue to guide GFM’s digital transformation through app development, audience-centred design, internal systems and software implementation and the development of new business solutions including data and AI tools. His role will expand to take on the leadership for revenue generation, supporting all sales employees, in all regions and all lines of business, to help each advertiser, exhibitor, sponsor and partner achieve their goals through the market-leading portfolio of media, marketplace and farm shows in Western Canada, Ontario and Quebec.

Through their partnered leadership, Ryan and Erin both remain highly committed to the core foundation of the business: quality content development across all channels and a desire to engage and interact with every member of the Canadian farm audience. This new leadership team, combined with the committed and passionate employees in the business, positions GFM for continued growth and success.
